WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Romeo Romeo is a marketplace that sells and distributes a line of sex toys under the private label MEN.com and Brazzers Toys. MEN.com and Brazzers Toys products are of the highest quality and come with a limited one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty which commences on the original date of purchase. We will gladly replace any MEN.com or Brazzers Toys products purchased from RomeoRomeo.com that are defective and/or not working as guaranteed. Please note that our limited product warranty only covers MEN.com and Brazzers Toys sex toy products, not other brands sold on our site.

Additionally, this warranty is NOT applicable to MEN.com or Brazzers Toys lubricants, gels, or cleaners and covers ONLY manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damages caused by misuse, loss, abuse, neglectful handling, or buyer’s remorse. Further, this warranty does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering. Any attempt to open or take apart the product or its accessories will immediately void the warranty.

REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT

There is no need to register your product so as long as you keep your original receipt and the applicable warranty number (if included) in your product packaging. To exercise your warranty, you will need to fill out the form located at the bottom of this page. Please contact support@romeoromeo.com if you have any questions or concerns related to your warranty eligibility or the registration process. 

1- YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Romeo Romeo warrants the MEN.com and Brazzers Toys sex toy products for a period of one (1) year, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Limited warranty eligibility is strictly reserved for our MEN.com and Brazzers Toys sex toy products. If you discover a qualifying defect and notify us during the warranty period, Romeo Romeo will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. Claims under this warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence and submitted to the RomeoRomeo.com customer care team within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with the applicable warranty number (if included) in your product packaging.

CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY

To claim your warranty, simply fill out the form below or email support@romeoromeo.com and provide a brief description of your product’s manufacturing defect. Please include your full name, the product’s unique warranty number (if applicable), and any other relevant information we may need to process your request. Once submitted, a member from the Romeo Romeo team will reach out to confirm your warranty claim request. Please allow (7-10) five to seven business days for processing.

Limited Warranty Request Form





To exercise your product’s limited warrant, carefully fill out the product warranty request form provided on this page. Accurately describe the issue with the product, specifying any damages or malfunctions encountered. Include essential details such as the purchase date, product warranty number (located in the product box), and place of purchase.

Once completed, submit the form to our Customer Support team who will reach out within 5-7 business days. Expect a response acknowledging receipt of your request, and follow any further instructions provided to facilitate the replacement process efficiently.
